Starting in Alcantarilha, we are quickly onto dirt tracks leading into and over the hills into a valley where time appears to have stood still for centuries, far removed from the busy coastline of the Algarve. Following interesting tracks we eventually arrive in the old moorish capital of the Algarve - Silves, where we can make a café stop. A great little riverside track leads us our of Silves and to spectacular views of the river valley and then we head back to the start passing some rice fields and vineyards along the way Durée: 4 heures
