Capers Island Wildlife Exploration

Take a naturalist guided boat excursion to Capers Island Preserve, an undeveloped barrier island near Charleston, SC. Departing from the Isle of Palms, cruise winding tidal creeks in search of bottlenose dolphins, loggerhead sea turtles, coastal birds, and other wildlife. Along the way various nets and traps are employed for an up-close look at some of the marine life that thrives below the surface.
