Explore the history and heritage of the Zulu People and their Kings as we take you on a journey of Emakhosini Valley of Kings - birthplace of the Zulu Kings, well known for its grand role in history. The great Zulu king, Shaka was born in this valley around the year 1787; 7 Zulu Kings are also buried here. Our accredited tourist guides and knowledgeable raconteurs take you on this enlightening and entertaining tour that really unveils the essence of Zulu adventure. The final item of the day is an overnight experience at Shakaland, dubbed - The Greatest Zulu Experience in Africa. This cultural village is a unique resort built amid thorn trees and aloes, comprising a traditional Zulu "Umuzi” or homestead, where the Zulu people reside as well as a separate area consisting of 55 hotel rooms.
