Located 3 miles off Maui, and rising out of 300 feet of water, this extinct volcanic cone called Molokini creates a unique experience in and out of the water. Many different species of marine life live within Molokini. Fish, urchins, harmless sharks, manta rays and coral surrounded by crystal clear water all year around make Molokini a must do on your vacation activity list. Molokini is a marine preserve meaning nothing must be disturbed. This keeps Molokini pristine underwater and on the island itself which is a bird sanctuary.
