This new day trip gives you a good impression of the Ecuadorian nature including its volcanoes and paramo landscape. Antisana Ecological Reserve is home to a wide variety of life zones and is considered one of the ten "hot spots" of the world by being incorporated in the high basin of the river Napo. It lies between the provinces of Pichincha and Napo, with forests and we stopped at the skirts of the volcano of the same name, a privileged place for the observation of the Andean Condor. Its highest point in the snow is 5,755 meters over sea level, its lower point is between 3,100 to 4,700 meters above sea level, which is called the Condor's viewpoint. From here you can be observe the Antisana, Cotopaxi and a part of the volcano Cayambe (depending on climate). The hiking part is around a lagoon next to the Antisana volcano. The biking part is for about 10 kilometers mostly downhill. Durée: 8 heures
